Super Saturday Classes

Super Saturday is a program of enrichment classes for all students, that provide the opportunity to develop new skills & interests that may last a lifetime.  We want to find the gift in every child.  Most of our classes are unavailable elsewhere or are available only to gifted students.  Class sizes are small (typically 8-12) to allow more individualized instruction.  We also offer some classes for parents and teens!

General Information: FRoG runs two Sessions of Super Saturday classes each year, one in the Fall (late October) and one in the Winter (late January).  Each session will run for five consecutive Saturdays, unless otherwise noted, and every class is held on each of the five Saturday mornings for 50 minutes.

Class/School Location: All our classes are held at O’Neill Middle School, 635 59th Street, Downers Grove.

Waiting Area: During classes, parents and siblings may wait in the hall by the mid-east door near the FRoG Representative.

Student Pick-Up should occur promptly after class. For early student release, prior notification from the parent is required.

Parent Observation: Parents may sit in on the last ten minutes of the last class session.

A Hall Monitor at one end of the building and FRoG Representative at the other will direct students to classes and bathrooms.

Winter 2018  Super Saturday Classes registration has started. The first day of class is January 27th.
